We have been celebrating our 25th anniversary over the past year and that has involved reflecting on some of the projects we have delivered over the years.

One of our projects was the East Belfast Observer, a local newspaper dedicated to news and stories from east Belfast which didn't have its own dedicated paper. We published the paper from 2004 - 2005.

ReCycle School Uniform Campaign 2022

The Scaffolding Project is once again seeking quality pieces of pre-loved school uniform for this summer's 'Recycle School Uniform' campaign, now in its 6th year!

The recycled uniform scheme puts unwanted- good quality uniform to good use and the success of the scheme in east Belfast is due to the generous donations from the local community.

EastSide Learning Reading Fair

The annual EastSide Learning Reading Fair will take place on Friday 11th March at the Skainos Centre.

Come along and join in on a day full of fun activities and learning. Some of the activities this year will include:

- The giving library - come and pick up a free book of your choice

- Help with phonics and literacy activities

- Storytelling

- Story-themed arts and crafts workshops
