East Belfast Social Economy Company

The East Belfast Social Economy Company (EBSEC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the East Belfast Partnership. EBSEC currently has two wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary companies and will operate with a common board of directors. These companies are:

• Avec Solutions, a trading company providing IT, web development and support services
• Landmark East, a property development company which acquires and redevelops derelict/vacant sites in East Belfast

The primary purpose of these companies is to improve the future sustainability of the Partnership and the regeneration process by creating profitable social economy businesses, building an asset base and generating revenue, that can be used for social, economic and regeneration activities in East Belfast.
