WorldHost Customer Service Training Taster Session
East Belfast Partnership is delighted to be hosting the WorldHost Customer Service Training Taster Session on Thursday 11th December from 12 noon- 1.30pm in our offices. The WorldHost training programme is being rolled out across the city and our neighbours in Titanic Quarter have already become a recognised WorldHost Destination Hotspot- can we do the same? Not only can EastSide become a hotspot but we can help the city become a recognised WorldHost city as well! Most importantly YOUR business can become a recognised WorldHost trained business, the customer service you and your staff provide will be of gold standard which will be a great boost to any business. We have great opportunities arising in EastSide which should attract more visitors to this part of the city, for example, the new Visitor Centre which is under construction at Holywood Arches and the Connswater Community Greenway project (Phase 2 construction set to commence in January 2015) so undertaking this training will be just in time! If you are currently employed in a private sector organisation in Northern Ireland within the tourism, hospitality, travel or passenger transport sectors and your company employs fewer than 250 employees then you could be eligible for financial assistance through the Department for Employment and Learning funded package for WorldHost customer service training. Please come along and find out more. A light lunch will be provided. RSVP to Heather- email heather@eastbelfastpartnership.org or tel 9046 7925
